Pine Hills Eco Camp reserves the right to change this website, including prices, and terms and conditions, without notice.

We also reserve the right to refuse entry to the campsite, cancel bookings, or instruct people to leave the campsite, for any reason (for example due to inappropriate behaviour, dangerous weather or site conditions)

Check In/Check Out Time

• Check in anytime of the day.
• Check out time will be by 20 hours after check in time as per clock hour. For example: Checked in for two days at 1200 hours on Wednesday; Check out time will be by 0800 hours on Friday.
• Late check out by about two hours may be permitted without extra cost should there be availability. Any stay beyond the late check out time will incur extra cost.

Payment Terms and Conditions

• Taxes as applicable to be added.
• On confirmation, 50% of total cost to be made in favour of Veterans Services Pvt Ltd.
• Final payment to be settled within 14 days of completion of programme. Cancellations/postponements if conveyed less than 15 days in advance, will incur a charge of 50% of total cost. Drop in committed strength beyond 10% will incur half the total cost of the shortfall.
• Indemnity – Camp will have no liability towards any participant – it will be entirely a matter between the individual and the parent Company.
